Package Schedule and Conditions
The Package Schedule records the commercial terms accepted for the selected vehicle. The live schedule is generated from the Pistoni assistance-plan record used at checkout.
1. Part of the contract
The accepted Package Schedule forms part of the Assistance Service Contract. It identifies the package, price, duration, territory, benefits and any package-specific limit.
Marketing cards and summaries help compare packages but do not expand the accepted schedule.
2. Registered vehicle and driver
Benefits apply only to the verified vehicle shown on the membership ticket and, where the package requires it, the verified driver.
A vehicle or driver change is valid only after Pistoni confirms it.
3. Territory
Territory is determined by the selected plan and market country. Cross-border and Europe services depend on lawful road access and an available partner in the incident location.
A territory name does not guarantee that every road, island, restricted area or inaccessible location can be served.
4. Benefits and limits
Only benefits present in the plan record and accepted schedule are included. A stated incident, duration, destination or reimbursement limit applies per the wording shown.
A benefit cannot be exchanged for cash unless the schedule or Pistoni expressly authorises reimbursement.
5. Fair use
Where no numerical incident limit is shown, the membership remains subject to genuine unexpected use, the registered vehicle rule and the exclusions in the Service Contract.
Repeated assistance for the same unresolved defect may be refused after Pistoni or a provider has advised that repair is required.
6. Customer-paid items
Parts, consumables and work outside the included roadside response remain customer costs unless the schedule expressly states otherwise.
Pistoni will seek approval before ordering an additional customer-paid service where circumstances reasonably allow.
7. Schedule evidence
At checkout Pistoni records the plan identifier, price, currency, duration, territory, benefits, package conditions, document versions and an integrity hash.
The recorded schedule for that purchase is not changed when Pistoni later updates a package for new customers.
