Website Terms of Use
These Terms govern use of the Pistoni website. They do not replace the separate contract that applies when a customer purchases Pistoni Assistance.
Scope
By accessing pistoni.eu, the user agrees to use the website lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. A user who does not agree should stop using the website.
The Assistance Service Contract, Package Schedule, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy apply separately where relevant.
Website information
Pistoni takes reasonable care to keep website information accurate and current. Availability, prices, territories and package details shown during checkout take priority over older promotional material.
General descriptions, examples and estimated response times are informational unless the selected Package Schedule expressly makes them contractual.
Permitted use
The website may be used to review services, submit genuine information, purchase a package, access a membership and contact Pistoni.
Users must not interfere with security, overload the service, scrape protected data, impersonate another person, submit malicious content or use the website for fraud or unlawful activity.
Customer submissions
A user is responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information and documents submitted to Pistoni and must have authority to provide data concerning a vehicle or another person.
Submitting information does not guarantee acceptance, activation or roadside service.
Third-party services
The website may use or link to payment, communications, maps and other third-party services. Their own terms may apply to the parts they operate.
A third-party link is not an endorsement, and Pistoni is not responsible for unrelated content or services outside its reasonable control.
Intellectual property
The Pistoni name, logos, visual design, text, software and original materials are protected and may not be copied, sold or commercially reused without permission.
Normal personal use of the website, membership ticket and documents supplied to the customer is permitted.
Availability and security
Pistoni may maintain, secure, change or temporarily suspend the website. Continuous availability is not guaranteed, but Pistoni will not use this clause to avoid obligations already owed under an active contract.
Users should protect their devices and should report suspected misuse or security problems to Pistoni.
Liability and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by law, Pistoni is not liable for indirect loss caused solely by website interruption, incompatible devices or external services outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes fraud, wilful misconduct, liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or mandatory consumer rights.
Changes and contact
The version and effective date identify the Terms in force. Material changes apply prospectively and do not silently rewrite an already accepted Assistance Service Contract.
